hey guys time not seen

I was very busy with my work.
almost no time for the micra.

BUT! its summer time here in holland!
sho it's longer light!

The Micra has some setbacks:
- Jam in the headlights.
- Broken shock absorbers on the back (As a result).
- Tyres damaged.
- Loose cold air filter.
- gear box nearly worn (will be replaced soon by a helix set).

Replaced:
- Xenon headlights (6000K)
- Shock absorbers (Monroe)
- Tyres (Goodyear 195/45/15)
- Ordinary micra chairs for micra super s chairs that ware ript out by the old owner.

Projects under construction:
- Cup wings front(assist in the primer)
- Valve cover (assist in the primer)
- Tailgate rust remove
- Hood make tight
- up coming friday sport belts

a friend of mine came with a Super S body kit from the demolition.
Front bumper, Rear bumper, Front Grill
The body kit is almost not to find here in The Netherlands.

Have you thought of putting the scoop backwards so it's a bonnet bulge? Just an idea.

Car is looking great by the way, lke what you done with the console cowls.

have you put the valve cover in yet? i was thinking of getting another one to paint and then swop with my one but someone told me i would need a new gasket seal for when the painted oe goes on. you got any points that could help?

yes you need a new valve cover gasket, The former is perhaps worn out by age
No me new valve cover is not finished yet, Because the paint not attaches to the primer
probably because it has a different basis so I must make it all bald.

Car is looking good i especially love the white ATS cups....are they 13x7 or 14x7?

IMO the GTI-R replica bonnet vent should stay in the trash its far too big for the micra and will not serve a purpose............


If you got a smallish vent like you see on the Renault 19 and placed it near the induction kit then it would be better and provide you with fresh cold air.

Yesterday I picked up a complete Super S body kit for 160 euro's
In the Netherlands these bumper sets very rare. :down:
BUT! This was my color! :laugh:
Yesterday I have the fog lights, splash screens and other parts removed
Then I washed him... He has a few minor scratches. I only noticed after washing

now its time to mod the front bumper!

my stainless manifold is custom made by a club member of The Nissan Club Netherland (NCN you will know them form JAE)

He did his micra away for a primera
and the micra In his original beauty for the sell
and so it came to my micra

After one year with a white rear bumper!
Now it's back in black! :blues:

Productive weekend behind the back

What have I done:
very busy with the front bumper.
Old grill modified (not with teeth).

the pearl goes through a bad time... seems at first
after the damage to my car... a idiot has his door a few months ago against mine
Now I've got insurance money back I went along the injury expert...
the first asked 2000 euro... and that was not even a fixed price
You do understand that this cost me too much.

So I returned home ... calleda friend...
and with her went to a different damage repairer

first impression: very nice man!
talked through what would restore...

and what did it cost... 1250 euro's

Now you wonder what's going to be recovering

- Front frame
- sills left and right
- passenger side door re-style
- Front Bumper to spray (the fixed s bumper)
- buffer strip's Left and Right

Only thing i have to do
- Door panel off
- Front bumper off
- Headlights off
- Grill off
- Xenon out

definitely not! He will be repaired!
there are few Super S micra in the Netherlands.
where some did not even original Super S... Only body kit put on...
The Super S is very rare here in The Netherlands at the moment
if ever there was a new Micra for me... than i have to be a Super S and than a have to buy one on your site of the sea

But until then ...I will restore her (last time i think mabe a 2.0 engine if this one fails).

1 hours and 10 minutes. record time for me and first time!

Monday he went to the damage repairer

Tuesday I came along and then stood the Micra with his bonnet already open in the workplace.


All I need to have new bodyside moldings or used.

So because the headlight was broken I had to buy new one (set)
