Well this weekend I gave her a clean (Much needed) Lowered her and changed her gearbox oil to see if that could be a cheap solution to my gearbox whine Because I have no history of a clutch being done or gearbox oil changes, Sadly she is still whining going through 3, 4, 5 and reverse.. :(

Before clean

I need a favour.
Can somebody measure or if he has STD height figures (from centre of wheel hub to the arch). It must be a standard micra K11. Any help will be very appreciated.

Rubbish. It will not cost 5k for an sr20 conversion.

Even at a garage.

I had a v6 put in my Mr2 with full rebuild. Shafts hubs turbo box ecu and wiring for 4k

Stuffing a 2.0 into a micra would be about 2k all in without too many problems .

So far mines cost me £350 and I have two sr20s two boxes and a full primera egt.

en fixing/painting a old little metal tool box my grandad left me. Should do nicely to keep all my bits and bobs in Bertha's boot :)

If I've got time tonight after work I might do CV boots as well.

Hey everyone, haven't been on here for a while now, but I've still got my little Micra!
Got my driving test booked so I'll soon be properly on the road in it!

I'm looking out to get a hold of a 1.3 of some sort though, as I'm actually getting cheaper insurance quotes for those!

Gave mine it's first wash since JAE... safe to say 4 weeks of country roads and it looked like a battle tank lots of noise and camouflaged with its surroundings!

Interior work today, clearing out crap and refitted carpet, added fuel and boot release

Sr20 build micra, we all dream of this and most ppl fail the build, the questions are wiring ? Sr20 engine ? Custom mounts ? Scared of cutting the chassis legs ? Can't weld ? Don't have engine crane ? can't get it insuranced ? Can't measure custom shafts ?

There is only one person who can do sr20 build for cheap and has many many years of experience. This would only take him only 1 week to complete. Can anyone guess who ?
