Screw u rain!! :(

Stoping me bleeding my brakes!

Anyway, on the cg13, which one of the 2 on the head is the water temp sensor?

One at a time? Closest to master cylinder and work your way away from it :)
Or with the crossover system the micra do them at the same time. Ie front right & rear left... and front left & rear right

So after a lot off messing about......here's the first video

Problems so far,:

Clutch slips loads, can here in video struggling to get power thru to the wheels
BOV isn't working, that noise is chatter from the turbo
Apart from that I'm happy so far :D

Il do a proper video tomorrow on a private road ;)

Gunna have to pick your brain then frank on the clutch ;)

Didn't machi San make one? Would it be in his thread?

Yeah coillies bit rough lol but defo prefer it to the boat like handling before

Haha, no, still haven't bolted down dials

Also gotta sort BOV out, softer spring maybe.

Just want to add my well dones Neil :) apart from the niggly bits how was it?

Felt good mate, apart from not being able to put power down. will have a better go tomorrow on better roads, today was jus seeing if everything stayed together and off brakes worked :)

Defo a boot load more powers than last engine :D

Whoah!

So that's the middle bits from the bigger clutch, bolted to the smaller?
thats a 160 and 200mm one tbh mate, but yes.
your cover is 170mm, so you have to bevel the edge of the friction plate, so you end up with 180mm against the f/w, and 170mm against the pressure plate, and an RS5F41 spline in the middle
which will hold 140hp + :)

Hmmm, twisting my melon man !

So is the 180mm clutch from the 1.3? Is there a certain year

Is there a guide you done on your Cisco blog? If so what page lol

Thanks mate

pics of mine will be scattered around neil, you need 2 x k11 luk clutches (1 of each) and grind the heads off the rivets (5mm) open the holes to 6mm, and fit nylocs.
then mount it on a spindle (so it can rotate) and grind a 45 deg bevel around the friction edge, so that it fits under the cover
