What have people used as turbo oil returns and how they did it?

the sump is paper thin eh, so mine has 2 washers sandwiching the sump (and ptfe tape on the threads)

Partly threaded barb fitting with dowty washers and a nut. Job done

Welded on a 1/2 inch bsp socket, then used a 1/2 bsp to 1/2 hose tail fitting, for pipe I've used a length of hydraulic hose lying about

When fitting them is there any concerns with the crank hitting the inner part or are you lining them up with the separations

Nothing on mine is inside the sump, all fittings on outside

Random q, is there anything wrong with using the oil breather pipe from the rocker to the block as an oil return for the turbo?

I think it enters higher than most turbos sit? But that may be just mine

you could use it for a topfeed turbo paul, you would have to re-route the crankcase breathing system a bit tho

mine made contact after fitting a CGA3 crank paul ragged it round the block and it quietened down ok
