yeh, thats right, probably flooded now, pull the pump fuse and try
Cheers frank, bent the contact in the cap inwards a bit more and then pluged it into car and put ab old spark plug in and old lead with jump lead to batt neg and turned it by hand, with the 2pin unplugged heard all 4 injectors click and when I plugged it in heard another 4 click and 1 of them did show on the plug
you ive got spark now Still didnt start but the batt was getting low, was at 12.4v so left that on charge will give it a go in the morning before I go work.
If the fully charged battery dont do it then only other thing I can think is to take dizzy off again and turn it 180d and try again.
Definitely nearly there though

They're just in the same as the 1.3 cams came out, span the lobes and checked every one was in tolerance at the bottom.

started preparing my wing, got the sr body kit sorted out and paid for, on the way tomorrow, yeaaaaaaaaah! just chopped my zorst aswell so now its louder but not poking up
Got underneath mine today for the first time since buying it and the cross member is in a real bad way, all the rest looks ok, airbox has no filter at all, slight oil leak marks from the gearbox but its looks ok.

Perfect timing today, coming back from the beach with my dogs She dropped onto 3 cylinders again! Popped into the garage and the fitter had a listen, pulled each coilpack off and made no difference to the engine tick over (lumpy) He reckons possible faulty plug (10K miles) or blocked injector.
I have been experimenting with drive and drift driving and have let the tank drop well into the red, so, the blockage a possibility ???
Anyways, I'll change the plugs and put some redex in the tank and see what happens.
Out of interest, 137 miles on 3 gallons...all urban, pretty good methinks. Going to do it again, this time leaving the ignition on to show the drift miles as well. Cornwall the perfect county for this type of driving, hills, hills, and more hills. for every one you go up...you can drift down the other side.

I lined mine up where I wanted it, put a self tapping screw at each end then zip tied the rest. have ground out plenty and its still holding strong
