probably get advisory on cross member I did haha
I'm gonna fail on my suspension and the holes in my rear arches (i think) got advised to put it through as it is rather than getting welding done just incase I get away with it or worst case scenario it might not of been worth paying the repairs kinda thing!

My MOT is Wednesday, still got that bleddy light on, but, I will tape it this time. Using a different station as well, and already had a chat with the tester, no problem with that this time. 10 odd weeks with no MOT due to some eurocrat GGRRR
Still trying to source a replacement, scrappies have cottoned on to this red light rule and the prices are rocketing. I have also found out that in 2002 Nissan changed the electrical fitting in the second half of the year, yes, that's mine, a late plate 52 reg' so it has to come from the same batch, or the fitting is no good. I'll get there.
Also had a guy lined up to do the OHM thing, didn't turn up - feck him

Pads didnt last very long, sometimes they would fade but were talking lots of abuse and high speed braking, and im sure in the end i had a warped disc. They will be decent enough for what your running at the moment though (meant to say that above)

Hopefully some good news. Just bought a seatbelt and pre-tensioner off of E bay, looks exactly like the one I took off - fingers crossed.
Half an hour before that, I put a bid in on E bay for a 52 plate, thinking, I'll buy that, take the seatbelt off it, get my MOT, put it back and sell it on. Typical, you wait for one and two come along within half an hour of each other. Me bad again.
Might end up with another micra now, have to go all the way up to Doncaster to buy the b**ger and drive it home. How bleddy daft is that.

I really dont read enough on here lol was it vented almera ones? Ill never forget the time i had the worst brake fade ever (stock brakes) 4 of us in car, hard braking which soon didnt work so handbrake had to come on which followed by a big cloud of smoke and buggered brakes lol 2.0ltr ones ftw although i hate that they dont fit under 13" wheels...

Yeah, 1.6 almera vented ones (247mm abs ones
). Apparently venting doesn't cool very well at low speeds... Got blackstuff pads and pagington discs on the way
