And yeah i know :/ insurance is a joke, my cheapest quote was somewhere around £3500 of what i can remember on a standard 1.4haha, i really want to start messing, but im reluctant to do too much because of insurance, mind you ill be keeping the car for another 2 years or so, mabey ill get a few bits done

yeah they fit into the standard fuel rail, and they were worth it for me because mine kept leaning out
