Wanting to put an sr20de into a k11

I have my fully running almera gti, its a nippy car but friends with 2.0l redtop corsa's, nova's etc seem to leave me. so i really want to build a small car thats fast, hence engine conversion in to micra, Just wondered if anyone could give me any help and advice as i have heard its quite a difficult conversion to do.
