Post your Lowered K11s! Help me figure out which springs to buy.

Hi, I'm looking to buy some springs to lower my 1.0l. As far as I can work out my choices are between the HOl 60mm springs or a set which drop the car 30-40mm from numerous other manufacturers. I'd
Love to see what a 30-40 and a 60 drop actually looks like. Some examples would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Kilen springs. They're cheap on eBay brand new, ride and handle great.

That's so tidy man, proper little rally car :D. Sits really well, are they 35mm lowering springs.

Really appreciate the responses. Everyone has such nice cars, not looking forward to sharing my scratched up little jellybean.

I opted for a set of 35mm drop Vogtland springs, I live in Northern Ireland and tend to travel about and explore the country. A lot of the roads here are already pretty un-drive-able so I don't think my car could handle it. As long as she stops handling like a granny wagon and doesn't sit like a 4x4 I'll be happy.

I guess this is as good a time as any to post it.

'97 1.0l Vibe

Bought it from my employer's wife, who bought it new in 97. 70,000 miles on the clock and just passed its MOT 3 weeks before I bought it. It's had a few biits welded, Cross member and a a few bits along the sills and inside the wheel rches. Got it for £250 and I have to say I'm pretty chuffed with it, great wee car I love it.

EDIT: Springs haven't arrived yet so not fitted in this pic.
