nats problem

hi. car has orange light flashing got key reprogrammed 4 hours later orange light flashing again .on the discussion forum they said could be ignition switch,someone said get a modified ecu to by pass the nats.the car isa 1998 5dr 1ltr twister.any help please.thanks
