Is It super difficult to change those suspensions mate? I've got nowhere to do that mod , it's either in the roadside like you did, or at my friend's garage.

I'm not much into technical, but is it impossible to do if you haven't ever removed a suspension b4? any particular tools?

And began making a false floor, which hinges on the original seat mounts:

oh **** dude thats horrible....

was thinking how good this thread was and all the work you put into it

it crosses your mind every now and then when you spend so much time doing this stuff how easily it can end!

hopefully you're alright and not hurt that looks like a nasty hit

damn man, i was like 'nice' all the way down and then almost had a heart attack when i saw the crash pics. well with all the work you had done, you had full comp insurance right? either way, it doesnt look a total write off... maybe you can rebuild it?

i'd say it'd be a writeoff money wise, not worth fixing surely

funny thing is my k11 micra blog on the uk site follows a similar pattern

****loads of work and then a photo of it sitting in a grass ditch

oh well :D

"btw debadging what do I need to do it? apart from slicing it the central part & getting a grille. Does the grille screw itself in the plastic?

You can find info on this here:
http://www.micra.com.au/second-nissan-micra.php

You will need to glue the grillmesh to the inside of the grill. Or glue a few sticks of flexible but nicely thick steelwire that you can use to hold the grillmesh inplace(this way its easy as shoelaces to fit new grillmesh once in a while without haveing to redo the glueing part.. ;)
