Temp gauge

Hi all wandering if anyone can shed some light on this situation I put blue dash lights in my k11 today put it all back together then noticed that the temp gauge has gone below the bottom limit and now doesn't rise at all, does anyone know what I have got to sort this out

probably not making contact on the printed circuit board/connector ?

circiut board might be burnt out at the back ?
