Steering racks.

Can someone please confirm that a non power steering rack, WILL NOT fit a car with a power steering system?

It WILL fit you'll just lose the power steering

The steering column splines between my PAS 1998 slx and non-PAS 1993 slx were different sizes

I'm pretty sure you can swap pre facelift ones with each other, facelift ones with each other and 2000 on ones with each other but as Polly mentioned, you cant mix and match.
I'm sure they changed the splines each time they changed the steering wheel.
