just brought this :) an 1998 r-reg 1.3 si
comes with:

apexi (safc) super air fuel controller
swoosh colour changing tacho with shift light
kyb shocks
g-max springs
whiteline panhard rod
raceworx short shifter
chrome gear knob
boss kit
k&n air filter
de-cat to a 1.0 centre section and an ashly comp back box
cobra clubman bucket seat
coded door handles
pre-facelift boot handle
inside black head lights.

altough i have the wheels and some other bits on the other k11, and this one doesnt come with the sterring wheel and some other small bits in the pics.

i have brought some arches for it ;) and i will be getting bits off the other micra.

come join the ga16de club!!! how much did u buy this for cos did u see that 1.6 march still down as a 1.3SR on ebay, its an import in need of a respray??
 
i paid £500, yearh i saw that 1.6 march, but i couldnt resist a top model facelift for £500!!! dont think i want to do a ga16, may cost abit and i would like to see how far i can go with a NA cg13.
 
ah everyone to there own lad, well ive got everything bar the calipers now and its cost engine-60,susp-180,fuel reg-50, but i can do all the work myself so its cheapo for me i suppose. oh and a strut brace and side exit exhaust lol, so have u got any goodies laying about???
 
no lol, well what ive got leaft i will use. if i dont i will sell it, but ive not got that far yet lol its a bit early to tell!
 
so r u gunna make one car out the two,whats gunna happen with ur old one??? i cud put my cg10 into it and use it for autotest lol, with ga16 throttle bodies ofcourse,1.3 cams and injectors and a 20 litre drum of NOS haha!!!!

I hope you can get the G60 arches to fit as they look sweeeeeet! When I originally got my car I was going to fit G60 arches as a lad at work had some spare but he sold them and I never got round to doing it.

as you can see from the pics i could'nt carry them onto the bumper as it line up with the micras bumper etc...sort of did simlair to davebulls (half arches) but he had to have them i dont witch sort of makes mine abit gay lol...hopefully when i get spacers they will look better...my wheels slightey stick out of the arches already lol altough only just! :p
 
nay, its a diffrent shape and is lower on the micra bumper. when it was a diffrent shape it wouldnt fit around the micra bumper. so happy engough with them like they are. still wish i couldve made them better but mehh
 
could you not cut into the inside edge of the arch to match the bumpers contour?

Would look much nicer if you could extend to the bumper too imo.
 
the brackets are fasted to the inner lip/egde of the arch. as said it would look better carrying onto the bumper even i agree, but its really strange fitting and it does'nt look right when on the bumper its lower than on the wings if you get me? lol
 
Cut the brackets off and fabricate some of your own? Lol.

Have you fitted the golfs skirts too?

I quite like the look of the arches, They're small enough to not be over the top, but big enough to be noticable.
 
lol they are brackets that i made up of my own! if i cut the lip off i wouldnt be able to put barkets on as theres no where to mount them to :p

no the ones on the car are rover 400 side skirts, i nearly took the side skirts off the golf but one of them was split as the car had a front end crash....the golf skirts fit the micra almost perfect but they only fit with the arches as there not long engough for the micra...and the only way to fit them is by the arches as you carnt fit them to the micra sills.
 
good luck with the arches bud! they will look sweet!! will you spray them silver? or leave them black like the skirts?

i think black to start with, then decided!!!! but your choice!!
 
gonna keep them black plastic...but iam not sure about them lol i was gonna put them on my new micra, might still do yet (as they are with out them going onto the front bumper) take the wheels that are on the new micra off and put them on the other one, then put my std nissan ones on this one.

also spend all of yesterday cleaneing the underside of the car! lol mad i know but the archs are clean and not far off new bar spots of rust around the welds and holes etc. also painted the trailing arms, drums, rearaxle and ARB's, so they are cleanned and rust free. springs just want painting next, and waxoyiling the sills.
 
that dash surround looks crap imo. don't tell me you tried to get it like that! i bet you rushed it like normal, lol.

and dean says that you're not allowed to do anything else to his car until you've paid for it in full, if you do, he's going to take the fob off you aswell.

ye i know lol, awww well..shouldnt be long until its payed for now! then i can save up for my janspeed manifold, and then uprated cams :p but need to pay off the car first before i start thinking of buying performance parts!

i'd save up for insurance after paying for car. then fuel lol.

centre console off a late 98>2000 k11 (the centre consoles where silver std)

relocted swoosh tacho, was mounted on the dash pod, but i didnt like it...and the shift light was mounted behind the steering wheel on the plastic but i couldnt lower the steering colum down as the shift light touched the black plastic dash pod surround :s

and as she looks now on std alloys, also gave it a polish and cleanned it up loads! gone to the extent where i cleanned the under side of the car with a sponge!!!

haha yearh to in the pink one in the stink :p got it from a vw car show (dubfreeze) down stafford last sunday, yearh you can get them from ebay...ideally i wanted a silver one but they only did black or white and white wouldve looked abit out of place on a silver and black theme car.

nope, raceworx had enkeis, but damaged two of his when he crashed it into a kerb. these are the brock v2's (i think that's what they are) that dan had on the other k11. he's sprayed it white from anthracite.

dan, finger out and get the other 3 done. come on, who needs to work. lol.
 
there brock b2 super cups, only ever came in silver or polished.....just my personal opion to have them in white..tbh never been a fan of white wheels but i think they suit a silver micra! richmicratwista's car gave me the insperation

and seeing as i carnt get out of my bucket seat with my steering coloum lowered (as i preffer it lower) and the steering wheel beeing in my way, i thought why not space the colum so its closer to me and better drving poshion
