Panhard rod measurements

Since lowering the O/s rear looks like its sticking out about an inch further than the n/s .

I've now got an off car adjustable rod , just don't know how it works ???

How do I set it up to correct the problem ?

Measure the difference in ns - os then subtract that from the original rod length ???

Havent a clue :(

If you don't require it 100% perfect i'd make the rod 3inches or so shorter and see where that puts ya.

I'd imagine you'd need to shorten the rod a little bit more than the total offset since it's at an angle.

1. Take off panhard bar
2. lower car on the ground - full weight on tires
3. push car up/down and rock side to side, suspension should settle about center. You could measure to verify.
4. Adjust bar for correct lenght so it is easy to fit back on car.

Thanks for that, Dizzy

Good news the old rods off, bad news it left the rubber bush and collar behind :(

Am guessin a hacksaw is the only choice I have .
