No fuel , no spark, Nat's?

Hi my car has been sat outside waiting for its new engine about 5 months and when I first put engine in it started but struggled, it then had an oil leak which I left for two weeks , tried starting after oil leak and I'm getting no fuel and no spark , there's no power getting to fuel pump , is this a nats problem and how do I solve it?? Thanks

so my fuel pump and no spark problems should have nothing to do with nats?

Fixed problem, main engine relay was corroded
