mid mounted primera GT ,,micra

i just bin talkin to a guy on msn that worked on a micra,that had a primera GT engine mid mounted, rwd ,,for track use,the guy wanted a quik 1/4 mile car,

dont know anything else about it other than its from southport,and is better balanced than a front mounted engine micra and is cool round corners!

so has anyone seen/heard of this before??

yeah ok i was thinking track more on the lines of "track day" car. but agreed 1/4 is a track aswell. be interesting to know what kind of micra it is. the only other mid engine 2.0 powered k11 i know of is the mid-11 in japan. and thats fitted with a neo.

this is wot he told me,after i was chatting to him bout my conversion etc

hes a sub contractor for a motorsport company(forgot the name grr)
this guy came in and wanted his micra to go fast down a 1/4 mile
so he did some of the engine work,the rear axle was all custom made buy a propshaft company,,,etc, not off another car :s

he drove it to southport,and has visited twice since then and its sound
nice car to drive he sed

he mainly does corsa/nova conversions ,,and jus lives up the road from me,,

thats all the info i got before i had to go,so next time ill ask more questions
