Was going to buy this but Steve said its got 101 problems with it and its really not worth the hassle. :( would have loved it if it was still decent.

they possibly won't look quite that dark on ordinary spec rear windows (the Sport/tekna windows are ever so slightly darkened already)
...they look like tints but you can take them out and put them back whenver you like. Can be fiddly to fit as you have to lever the trim around the window to slide the clips under, but by no means difficult :p

...this seller also has a set of Genuine mats...but, personally, I prefer the rubber ones...

No, the 3-door door trim is longer so you'd need to buy ones specifically for a 3 door. That ebay seller just says that he bought them for a 5-door, so i presume that he bought the right ones, although you could ask him.

You get the cupholder along with the trim of the door card that it fits to, it can't be fitted straight onto an existing stock trim strip. I know as I bought a set for my 5 door micra :)

Mind you, they aren't cheap to import from japan so even for a 3-door, they are a bargain!
