K12 with HR15

As the topic says guys, I have a K12 March which I ordered from Japan. I taught I was getting the CR12 but instead got the HR15 (which I am not complaining about) and CVT Trans. It also came with Tach, armrest and steering controls along with a few more extras. Is this a normal production type or did I stumble upon something which they produced a few of?

Sounds like it may have all the bells a whistles. The armrests were an option in Japan, not sure about the spec levels would have to do more research
