K11 steel wheel bolt head size?

Quick and easy one hopefully!

I've bought some k11 Micra centre caps to use as hub caps for my steel wheels to fit on my cube and I want to check the bolt head size that the cap snaps onto.

Measurements say 21mm but want to double check before I order.

Here are the caps... Standard K11 ... Date stamped 09/05/95

What did you think of the quality of the Extreme Offset Wheel's steels? I was thinking of getting them to make me some customs for my k11
