k11 inner sills outer sills and other panels!

right todays few small patches on the sills have been opened out to show a cavalcade of bodging!! basically the sill has been filled over!!

im going to buy another car and get the micra sorted out over the next couple of months!!
can anyone direct me to someone who sells inner sills/replacement panel supplier?? i can find outers but no inners!! need some help as im determined not to let this micra die!! (i have got quite attached)

Inners are pretty much flat panels so you can make your own.

We buy in 1 metre long sections about 4" with a half inch lip along the end which are ideal. Most car panel suppliers will stock them.

If your finding it hard to find panels, depending on the size of the holes would it be easier and cheaper to buy some sheet metal and cut it to size of hole? The inner sill won't be seen so it doesn't have to pretty! I'm sure if you seach about abit panels can be found even from local part centres....
