K 10 ventilation hatch

hello... I had a little problem....my K10s ventilation hatch is broken - ...so I will try to fix them..but i dont know how to take them out...and I didnt find any tutorial how to take them out :suspect:

find some strong but blunt and you can lever them out from the ends.

x2, a flat screwdriver down the sides, and tease it out

is it possbile from one end or must parrallel both sides? because i didnt have success.....

I thought they were screwed into the dashboard from the back?

the end ones definitely are!

cant remember about the middle ones!

im sure ive had my middle ones out as ed suggested, they pivot on 2 pins 1 either side so will just lever out, as ed and frank said, all of them should.

id do 1 side at a time.

i did one of mine this morning just to clean it and yeah just pops off used 2 butter knives (Y)

Yeah must be the end ones i was thinking of wasn't sure if there was a difference between pre/post facelift or anything silly like that.

i succeded..but very hard....anyway....it is better now..tnx 4 help

both middle and center vents are clamped in from teh rear...the clamps are screwed in place...

Ive never tried ripping them through the frontways !??

at least you managed in the end
