Help!

I started my car for the first time in about two months started ok but died shortly after if i give it some throttle its ok but with no throttle it dies my petrol is almost down to the red but isnt quite there would that be the only reason it does this?

Whats best to use to clean it?

Any decent carb cleaner will do

Cheers will give it a go just took it out for a run and the only time it cuts out is when you stop so al give it a go

I'd say its the idle air control valve. Give it a cleanup and it should be happy

Try giving you throttle body a good clean out as above

Not really. Redex will only clean injectors out

Try cataclean, cleans out most of the system I found, really good - £7 on Amazon. If not, I think you need to clean your throttle body as suggested. Plenty of threads on here to check with.

So guys turns out had to put her in the garage cost me a pritty £300 it was the mass air flow sensor
