Engine still broke. ?

So after trying every thing to sort out my power problems looking at the maf... After unplugging it today and the car really trying hard to even hit 10mh ... Plugging it back it and the car runs fine ... I have been told my maf is fine and it could be my dizzy cap ? Any help ?
Sometimes the car ticks over high... My 1 2 3 gears have no power what so ever .... Just need help !!!

i think the "unplugging to check the maf" trick only applies to the coilpack t/b dale (not yours)

Yeh throught that .. Yeh unplugged my maf it didn't run properly just wish I could find out what is wrong with it

you need to run live data really mate, rather than throw parts at it, the obd1 data leads are,nt expensive and ecutalk software is free, or just monitor the lambda readings with a volt meter when the car is holding back
