Dangling cuddly toys from rear bumber..

Is this a new fashion? I've seen it a few times round my way now, such things as furry dice and mini cuddly toys hanging down on a peice of string from the bumper on the opposite side to the exhaust.

Has anyone else seen this, or know what its all about?

Forgot to say, these are all on pretty modded cars

Yep 100% true. i dont really understand the attraction of dangling your sisters beanie-baby from your bumper myself but just wondered if anyone knows what it's all about

its a jap thing...there mostely on the back bumper of a rear wheel drive....there a drift charm...its like a good luck charm......
