cg13 on bike carbs

the inlet manifold would have to be custom, the carbs would need to be off something of at least 600cc or 750, Suzuki GSXR750 carbs would be good, or Kawasaki ZXR750, something of that size, these bikes are producing around 100bhp so would be ok for CG13 use.

you would have to use a modified CG13 manifold, there are grass track racers and rally drivers that use bike carbed K11 Micras, they would probably be of more use information wise.

Heres what the kits look like in Japan...looks like they just use a milled block of aluminium...no idea on what carbs they are though (as i cant read Japanese :) ).

no idea if thats helps at all :)

they are mikuni race carbs, very very very good. better than any production carb or throttle body out now. they use a sliding throttle opening rather than a rotating one and can produce huuuge bhp.
used to be on GP bikes.

They've been using flat slide carbs on bikes for ages now, probably about 10 years, check out Ebay for supersport bike carbs, there's bound to be flatslide ones on there.

The bike carbs I fitted to my old MA10 engine were slide type. GSXR600 I think.

They needed setting up correctly however, as they ran to lean.
