I take no credit for finding the awesomeness within.

Pure mentalness :grinning:. What's that loop thing hanging off the back of one of the cars? One of the guys on here's got one.

Tokyo subway grab ring. I believe that it is a sort of ironic take on the idea that it is something that should be at shoulder height, but is now right down by the ground on the low car. It can also be seen as a symbol of bosozoku gang affiliation and that the person displaying it is not concerned by outward displays of wrongdoing (they would need to be stolen), however there are probably more now that have been baught from accessory stores than there are that have actually been taken from the tokyo underground trains.

Really its just a bit of ridiculousness that has become fasionable* in some circles of automotive modification.

*It pains me to admit it but I am a scene whore.

Seen a Video on FB which Kenny posted from Youtube, pretty wild I must say but can't imagine them passing MOT over here with those exhausts, lol.(Y)

Thats a Toyota Soarer, built as a homage to the main characters car from the manga/movie Shakotan Boogie.

bosozoku kicks ass, i had an old datsun 280zx which i even bought wide arches and a ducktail rear spoiler and big oil cooler for, was goina boso it until i took fear and sold it, was probably too clean to cut up,, shatokan(short ground clearence) is also a great stylethat hails from japan,, i reckon all this talk about stance and hellaflush is just a poor copy of what the japs have been doing for years!!

Even the little Micra/March gets the treatment..............

Ive been into the Boso movement for years and done lots of research and have hundreds of photos on it! Im building my corolla in a Shakotan style and now my micra in a Boso/Racer mix style! Should be fun!
