bike carbs v throttle bodies

Hi there, how much was it for you to get your manifold made up for you? thanks matt.

Hi Matt PM me your details and I will call you. Cheers

Just so you know with no AFM on the K11 ecu it has no load input and ignition will be way out from what it could be. (although connecting it to the TPS may help - if the carbs have one).

Cheers for that Ed, its going on the rollers next week to have a set up done but the AFM, TPS.
Waht do I need to tell the guy whos setting it up? If you can PM me that would be great. Cheers
Peter

Peter. to be honest I would expect the guy to be able to advise you on what needs to be done to do it right. Truthfully you need to rip the stock ecu out and if your mapping carbs fit something like an Omex 200 ecu.

This is easy if using a coil pack K11 and more tricky using a distributor one.

Hi Ed,

yes thats is true I would expect him to sort it buts its always nice to be able to ask questions and see if the reply is the same advice.

I'm not running a stock Ecu I'm using the pectel N2 on it at the minute and it is the distributor one not the coil pack.

And here is a photo of it.

Nice mate :) does fitting bike carbs make a big difference from standard injection? Thanks.
