Arch rolling service

As title states but not really a service though :D
If you close enough to me and need rolling just drop by and Im sure we can sort something out.
Bought an arch roller as I need to do few cars. I though its better to buy rather then rent.
Id charge £20 or so for a session with your help to take off the wheels etc.:D

Rolled my first arch today on jessys super s. Rear right obviously. Its #### easy, rolled the lip and achieved about 1cm of flare easily. loving the tool

Get some before and after pictures please! :)

For me just reading this thread, not seeing you respond to this question looks plain rude and gives completely the wrong impression to anyone thinking of having their arches rolled, if you haven't got any photos the least you can do is say so.

I'd like to see some before and after photos too, and even some of the tool in action, as they say pictures speak louder than words.

No photos were taken whilst my arch was being done, it needs more doing and so do the rest of them, so i will take photos when we have time to actually roll my archers.

george i need this mo, can we do some swaps for your services???:p

yes we can, if you help my to do the wiring after the auto to manual. how does that sound

Ok, manage to make some progress about the March wiring loom, already found the CVT start inhibitor and reverse/neutral switches.

This two connectors are the ones you need to "work":

To bypass the CVT inhibitor, its just a matter of joining the two wires on this connector, make sure its thick enough:

To enable the reverse/neutral switches, use this connector:

Use this diagram to make the right connections:

That wiring diagram is from the gearbox connector, on my pic is, front left to right on the upper line to lower line:

6 - D
5 - Ds
X
3 - Positive
X
9 - N
8 - R
7 - P

So, you just need to join the pin #3 to both switches on the manual gearbox and join each of the other wires to pin #8 and pin #9 on the auto loom, in correct order.

Hope this can be helpful.

Cheers,
baguete

G, how did it work out with the lad who's looking for arch rolling but was too far and "tool hire" was an option to sort him out?
