Any Ideas?

i have my 1993 super s with 106 on the clock an the bit of chain noise when cold but stops when warm.

what oil should i put in it? whoud thicker oil stop the noise and be better for the high milage?



also need alloys??????? any for sale?

Wouldn't really worry about the chain rattle. Aslong as it disappears when warm thats all that matters. When the engine is warm the cam chain tensioner tightens the chain so there's nothing to worry about. I just normally use 10 or 15w 40

Alloys, there's a lot that fir the Micra. Alloys from a Corsa are a popular choice.

Aslong as the PCD is 4x100 and offset around the 38 mark.

99% of K11s have chain rattle, just keep oil changes regular and use the recommended oil, 10w/40 off my head. and it will be ok.
