the time has come to sell up, i know ill regret it but ive been offered a really good deal on another car.
its a 1.3 SR in black 1996 so P reg.
117k on the clock, engine and gearbox run sweet as a nut but gearbox does have a little whine in 1st and 2nd.
has tax until end of october but no mot (it failed on lambda sensor and emmisions this morning) but ill have it mot'd in the next few days so there will be 12 months mot.
bad points are:
-drivers side window keeps jamming about 2 inches down and doesnt close properly has a few scratches and dints nothing worse than the size of a 2p coin, one was where a trolley was nudged into the side of the car.
- one wheel has a surface crack in it which hasnt penetrated all the way as is structurally safe and the tyre stays inflated but needs balancing as theres a slight wobble at about 70.
- sills are coming through but it passed on the mot.
- no back seats but i have it all stored and can put the interior back to standard if wanted.
- boot release and fuel cap cable has snapped but i got a new one to put in.
i will include all the bits a peices i have to put the car back to standard if wanted.
Im looking for about £850 as ive put a lot of money and time into this car.
Oh and the car flies, can cane a cammed rover 216
