As some of you read, before the forum crash there was a thread about a Micra with rats living in it. Well...that, come saturday, is going to be my micra :laugh: Yes my nan has decided not to donate her car to me...grrrr...so instead I am buying my cousins rat infested Micra for £50. Its been left standing for a year or so since being in a very light front end bump, so should be fun getting it through its MOT . Will update come saturday! Peace out.

It should probably start fine as long as he charges the battery up, however I agree, brakes will be seized.

Don't know about the rear drums

Decided I'm going to put it through a doomed MOT to see if its worth while fixing it, because if its going to cost god knows how much to fix (which it shouldn't it has after all only been standing for just under a year *gulp*) I might as well not bother . Seemed in fair nick when i last saw it though

Anywho I picked up a dollie yesterday to tow the front wheels of it from the back of my parents car, so it's all cool. Get to tow a Micra from Somerset to Gloucester...yippee

if the drums are siezed, you,ll have to tow it backwards :upside: , dont forget to take the key out tho (my mate took the side out of 3 parked cars when the steering veered onto full lock )

Ouuuuuch yeah will do, I don't think they are though as my cousin drove it, maybe I got lucky , if not cheers frank (Y) Gonna take a trip to the scrappies after for parts for MOT and parts for me, as the interior is cack and ratty (pun intended) and going to try to find some cheap alloys.:grinning:

Parts list so far: Bonnet, grill, bumper, 2 front wings, drivers side headlight, passenger side rear light, rear seatbelt, radio, and a good bloody clean on the interior! Gave the exterior a bit of a clean so shall post clean pics up later on today.

EDIT: Rear drums not seized yay!!!
