Everything lol, she is as stock as stock can be other than the wheels

Ga15 tb needs fixing, ga15 injectors need cleaning, suspension, exhaust, brakes need upgrading (again).

Then there's the oil leak that won't go away, coolant leak that's appeared, though I think that was over flow from topping up before the mot.

Sills and cross member need doing (not in a rush though) and the body work just looks horrible

A weekends work mate :) keep at it fella you have done the hard bit

My nest is already full of parts....I have some standard K11 seats under my welding bench....but now I've seen those K10 ones....I like their rectangular retro ways....

Newest maintenance: stripped down wiper linkage, free'd it all up and regreased. No more squeaking and juddering!
Rotated wheels front to back, found rust in rear drivers arch, cleaned all that up and undercoated.
Shedded the wheel trims in favour of the rough and ready steelie look :D

Still toying with the idea of stripping out the rear, plastidipping the rear windows silver and making a tiny little van out of it hehe.

WDIDT :-

Yesterday; went for a shakedown / final PET (Pre Event Test) before Abingdon Stages this weekend. (Seeded Car 76, out of 99). Rear disc conversion really does improve the braking feel and power. With some heat and more bedding in with the rear discs / pads the handbrake is now getting to be really quite good. Managed a cheeky u-turn on tarmac 'on the bar', the old drums would never do this. Will be interesting to see if with proper sticky tyres on the rear they will still lock up. Feels good to have a properly working handbrake again :)

Today : Unloaded a load of the spares in to my store at work, I now have x3 1Ltr Phase 1 Facelift gearboxes. Two spares and one ex rally car one. I think that will do for now ;) Also listed the last few parts I removed from the car. Spoke to ASM about collecting the shell, should be gone this week.

Now to start getting ready for Abingdon on Sunday - you can spectate there, so if you are local to the Oxford area pop along to see us.
