Ball joint are part of the wishbone so the whole unit has to be replaced and a hole drilled for the anti-roll bar .not sure about the bearings

It is different yes but to replace the ball thats what has to be done,use k10 wishbones and drill the hole for the antiroll bar link.to look at the wishbones are identical minus the hole
