Main bearings

Does anybody know if the Main bearings differ between the Cg13de & Cga3de.

I ask, as I've had my cga3 crank polished and balanced, but when fitting new cg13 standard bearing the crank locks up. However these bearing fit a standard Cg13de engine and spin freely and plasitgauge as they should.

The bearing look slightly different compared to the old cga3 ones.

As if they are line bored to a different size. Both the crank journals are the same between the 2 different cranks.

i,ve fitted cga3 cranks into cg10 blocks a few times matt, never came across any problems

The cranks are the same. It's the bearing seem different. I.e the bore of the block and caps is different somehow.

the cg10, cg13, cga3de share the same type of shells but note there are different grades of shell thicknesses 0-6

the alternative part # on the listing are also only used on the cg10 and cga3de and k12 engines
