Wipers Dodgy

My wipers on a 94 supers are dodgy, there is only 2 choices on or off, so when you put them on itermitent they just keep wiping at the slow continues speed then if you go to flat out it stays at the slow continuoues speed, then if you go to off when half way up screen they stay there!!!

This is really annoying! Back wiper works fine, just fronts.

What can it be??

Dunno, dont really want to take it apart!! So wanna be sure!

Also the blower only works on speed 4(flat out), all the others are just off, What could this be???

And the speedo and revs etc hardly light up, Very dim, what could this be??? and what would i need to fix it??

the heaters is the resistor card been covered loads of time.
and the relay is on passenger side of the car by wiper motor and it needs replacing you cant take it apart.
