need some help in solving a problem.
windscreen wipers arent working properly keeps blowing the fuse in box under dashboard.
when the ignition is on fuse will not blow and wipers work but as soon as engine turns over the fuse goes so wipers dont work.
we thinking it may be the little wiper regulator box thats under the dash. little blue box. have not checked that yet. (in a GTIR)
we pulled of wiper motor cleaned it all, including the motor got all dust off.
there seems to be no wiring problems but obviously there must be somewhere.
so any ideas anyone on whats going on??
