Ultra light clutch?

I fitted a clutch to the gf's K11, but its ULTRA light, like you only have to breath on it before it starts to loose bite.

Its an OEM clutch from Euro Car Parts and is a 1 litre 16v.

I appreciate these are tiny clutches, but are they normally this light?

Its as if the clutch cable is too tightly adjusted, but there is some slack in it when at rest

my oem luk 160mm clutch held about 100hp andy, the exedy one slipped at about 90hp, a valvespring behind the arm helps a lot tho (you can just about see it here)
