Tyre pressure for power steering

Hey guys,

My twister doesn't have power steering but air con as a substitute (i'm guessing, since my mums micra equation has power steering but no a/c) and I know theres a way to run with excessive air in the tyres in order for it to feel like power steering.

Any of you guys know what the correct tyre pressure is to do that?

I know that some Micras require different pressure in each wheel (usually sports) So you don't get mistaken, my micra is a 1.0 k11 ltd edition twister 3dr hatchback and usually needs 28 in each tyre. Not sure if you need any of that info, but it's there anyway.

Cheers guys! :grinning:

i run with max sidewall pressure in my fronts skylar (usually 40+) and a bit less in the rears :grinning:

Keep going till it's hard :)

Just kidding

Think I list did mine at 36 via the tescos air inflater, never had a problem with no pas, stop being a tart:blush:

I keep mine on 33 front, 29 back; manufacturers recommendations. Inflated them today as a matter of fact, my front offside was 11psi! No wonder it felt like I was running on steel. Felt like I was taking Fred Flinstones car out for a spin.
