tinting inner front lights

hi was just wondering how to tint the inner of the lights, i have the headlight out but cant get the lense of the front. i heard a few people mention a oven but dont no how the process works, any ideas? cheers

theres a strong adhesive holding the lenses on, you need to put it in the oven to heat the glue up and then it just pulls apart, having said that i did my k10 ones with the hot air paint stripper.

i put my lights in a cold oven set to 200, they took just under 10minutes to be warm enough.. Don't preheat the oven though, if you do they won't take long at all.

i preheated and didnt sit it on the glass and a bit of plasti melted to the bottom but nothing important..sorted now though and got one side done...cheers people
