thats the lower one john, and you would need to remove the head, sump and lower cover to fit that
why do you want a tensioner btw ?

because the current timing chain set up is rattling really bad... one question ive been meaning to ask too is it easier to fix the timing chain, or get another low miler engine?

2 new tensioners wont do a fat lot john, the wear will be in one or both chains, the top chain gets less oil, and is easier to change, but you need to visually check them first ideally

to change the complete timing chain, the sump has to be removed too...so price up garage prices, maybe diy it or see how much engine+fitted is
