This is the second time this happened in a few weeks,
You get a call from someone saying they are from Microsoft Tech Support telling you, you have a virus and it's a free service to help to get the virus / malware / spyware off your system.
Under no circumstances do you give them any sort of access to your machine.
THIS IS SCAM.
I took great pleasure in saying to them, which machine is it then, what's the problem, of which they just continue to ask you to go through prompts with them and they'll show me
