steering wheel + gear shift knob

hey guys just wondering where a good place would be to go and find brand new steering wheel and gear shift knob for manual micra 1.3 1995 would be, both can be aftermarket and different looking to stock i dont really mind, just the ones on mine are kinda dirty and i dont like them that much...also different note to aesthetics ....brake pads and disc (fronts) where and price also?

Pulling them off and using spray and wipe and metho, shoukd clean it up good

Or anything off a nissan will work for a gearknob
