Replacing CVT gear knob

Hi, i found on flickr this image:

Aftermarket Shift Knob di direct_damage2005, su Flickr

I think that it's similar (or the same) to this one on ebay:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/15092629572...cmd=ViewItem&sspagename=STRK:MEWAX:IT&vxp=mtr

So the questions are:
1)does the one on ebay fit on K11?
2) It is correct the image that show how to install it? if i'm not wrong, K11 knob seems to be a single piece with 2 screw on the back; the knob is fixed only by the 2 screw? removing the knob there is a metal rod inside ?

Sorry, but i never tried to remove the gear knob, do not know where to star and i don't want to make some damage..

Would you check with them what's the price for the black Momo... It's beautiful! I'd love one

You wouldn't damage anything. Just be careful do not loose the little spring that is inside the top part. I almost took everything apart one day, but had to drive to a friends party, so things went back on place...

I can find it new at 70€ at the momo "outlet" near my city that i mentioned above... anyway it's a lot of money too, but the owner confirmed me that it's the most expensive knob of the catalogue... maybe i will go for the ebay one linked in the first post, 19€ with free shipping.

Anyway i tried and, really, to remove the original knob you only have to unscrew those 2 screw. On the top of the rod there is a white plastic piece that is pushed down by the "T" button... didn't try to remove it (it's also covered of grease), probably you will have to push it from below with a slotted screwdriver and a hammer

Another -insane- idea it's to cut the rod like i saw here
