Some questions about the ma10s

Hello,
I just wanted to ask if somebody could tell me if the injection from a figaro or superturbo is a straight swap. Or do I have to change the "ecu" (it doesn't control much ) or something else too?
and where is the difference between the 50hp and the 54hp version of the ma10s? I always thought it depends on if you have a catalysator or not. mine has none but my documents say I have the 50hp version.

the inlet manifolds are straight swaps, and yes obviously you would need an ecu to control the injectors as its electronic injection not mechanical.

and i believe the differance between the 50 and 54bhp ma10 is the compression, the 5 speed ma10 was a higher compression
