Side numberplate lights

Decided i'd like to try something a little different other than just repainting my numberplate cover/light. I'm thinking about doing a setup similar to the JDM March, with the number plate lights on either side of it.

I know the default response to ask where to find these will be Yahoo Auctions Japan, but I was wondering if anyone could think of any other cars that might have setups like these which would be possible to use instead.

Been trying to think of cars that have had them, but have come up with nothing.

Heaps of cars. They sell them at auto parts stores for trailers.

Had a look around and haven't managed to find what i'm looking for. How much would you want for them? I'm not too sure about postage either, but I might be able to find out.
