is it very low on idle? my internet sucks so the video s taking ages lol with it fitted to my n/a 1.3 it run sweet. have you gotta fuel pressure regulator? i adjusted this and the idle screw on the tb to get the idle right

It almost stalls when you let go the accelerator, but now it got better, changed some ECU maps:

These are the max values while doing some tests:

Even with 1.6 injectors -> 83% injector duty cycle @ 7750rpm = not good

Injector durty max on times decrease as RPMs increase.

For example:
Maximum injector opening time for 100% duty @ 6000rpm =

6000rpm/60=100rps(rev/seconds)=100/2=50 combustion events/second/cyl (4cycle engine).
1000ms (1 sec)/50=20ms
Therefore 20ms=100% duty@6000rpm

At 8000 rpm you have much less time.
8000/60/2=66.66...
1000/66.66...=15ms

Therefore 16ms =100% duty@6000rpm

Hopefully you will see the consequences of this if you up the limiter when you are already using a high % duty cycle.

83% thats impressive for a 1.0 baguete

On the last Dyno it had 81hp, need to get some cams, remap it and try to get 90hp (oh, and new injectors lol)

Yes, i understand what you mean, but i never tought the 1.6 injectors on a 1.0 would max out...

PM'ed you ED.

Anyway, back on topic, Shero, any news about new mods?

Man this pure turnd in to a discussion and a half :D, cheers for ll the input advice ectect, i appritiate it all really. :D

next thing on the to do list is get my tracking sorted because after the new trakrod ends its like the car drives itself. does anyone know how these things actually work http://rallynuts.com/motorsport/K11...ne_Front_Camber_Kit_Nissan_Micra_K11_3079.asp

the d2's have the elongated hole so you can have camber how do they actually get set up right, by the traker, do they just titien it in with the stock nut&bolt or do they need these for it?

http://www.sportcompactonly.com/Camber-Kits/tech-article_a-3.htm just reading this.

Stani, If I may point out (hope you agree lol) before someone reads your post wrong. That the 1.6 stuff you tried still resulted in engine failure as it was running lean. Although it drove better, it was still not safe. Agree?

yeah i totally agree with that

well after reading baguette's post about the 83% at 7750rpm, i really wouldnt want everyone to know what my car was running (not that i know) but it would have to be below 50% at 6800rpm easy with the AFR it was showing (17's)

So people, its officially dead and gone. Was a hard few days stripping my build to nothing again but I just came home one day and decided I wanted a change.
hears some pics, ive got more ill post later.
