Rumble/judder form the cluch.

last night on my way home from work, i noticed that the car gave a little judder/vibration when pulling away from stationary when i lift the clutch pedal.

Does'nt do it when changing gears or on boost, only when you start moving from dead stop.

cluch isnt slipping, never had a problem with that.

have i killed my clutch? or could it be worse?

sounds like contamination on the clutch plate, oil possibly:doh:

When you changed your driveshaft, did you change the oil? Did you also top it up etc?

either that or its misfiring. or that an engine mount is loose. is it definatly coming from the clutch

I think that it is most likely oil contamination also.

When i did my drive shaft i made sure there was plenty of oil in the gear box, so thats not an issue, engine mounts are fine (I check them reglarly).

I have done some head work recently, and i thint the seal between the dizzy and the head had gone (the half moon retaining cap held down with 2 bolts). there was a oil leak there, an that dirtectly above the clutch.

I fixed this last night, and it seems to be getting better.
