Rocker Cover Screw Removal...

Hello all,

I have tried everything I could thing f to do this, but still now luck!
I have used a hand screwdriver, ratchet set, drill, impact wrench and even heated the damn screws up, but they STILL wont budge. I have even worn one out now and I'm getting desperate now....
Any help pretty please?????

dremel a slot across the head and use impact driver

once removed, retap the thread holes to clean em, then upgrade those silly rusted philips screws to stainless socket bolts

I'll give it bash in the morning....weather pending! I'll let you know how I get on.

Coat the screw thread with copper grease before refitting too!

I have used locking pliers with sharp heads. Also, if u can have some1 pushing rocker same time to down, it will help. I think ph3 is best bit head, i think it is philips, not sure.
