removing clutch and flywheel

evening all, have managed to remove the clutch by shocking the bolts by turning them fast. Cant for the life of me remove my flywheel, need it off as swapping to the 1.3 but also need to send it away to "frankspeed ltd" for a diet.

Can some one help, haynes suggest making a took to hold the teeth but dont have the materials, frank what u use mate?

Its the only thing holding me back now!

I would use a screw driver or pry bar in to the teeth of the ring gear prying against a part of the block !

need to lock the flywheel in place. i use a short metal bar to jam between the flywheel teeth and the edge of the coolant sensor then undo the flywheel bolts
